1. What ingredients do you use in your cookies and brownies?
We take pride in using only the finest ingredients for our cookies and brownies. We use high-quality butter, flour, dairy and the best Belgian chocolate to ensure a rich and indulgent flavor in every bite.

2. How do I store and care for my cookies?
Our cookies stay fresh for up to 5 days when stored at room temperature in an airtight container. For longer storage, you can refrigerate them for up to 2 weeks or freeze them for up to 2 months. To enjoy warm cookies, reheat them in a preheated oven at 350°F for 2-4 minutes or microwave for 10-15 seconds. If frozen, heat them for 30-45 seconds or longer until they reach your preferred texture.

3. How do I care for my brownies?
Our brownies stay fresh for up to 5 days when stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. For longer storage, you can refrigerate them for up to 10 days or freeze them for up to 1 month. To enjoy warm brownies microwave for 10-15 seconds or until warm enough.

4. Are your cookies and brownies egg-free?
Yes, all of our cookies and brownies are egg-free, so you can enjoy them with confidence!

5. Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Not at the moment but we’re working on expanding our offerings to include gluten-free and vegan options. Please stay tuned.

6. Are your cookies and brownies nut-free?
While some of our products do not contain nuts, we work in a kitchen that processes nuts. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely nut-free.

7. Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver within the Ottawa region. Deliveries are made every Wednesday and Friday.

8. Can I place a corporate or special event order?
Yes, we’d love to help make your event special! For corporate or large event orders. Contact us to discuss the details.

9. What is the weight of each cookie?
Each cookie weighs approximately 95 to 100 grams.
